The London Cup
2 ounces gin
2 ounces Martini Rosso
1 ounce Campari
2 ounces grapefruit juice
lemonade to fill
cucumber, orange, grapefruit slices and mint sprig for garnish
Pour the gin, vermouth, Campari and grapefruit juice into a small glass pitcher filled with ice. Top with lemonade. Stir well and add slices of fruit and a sprig of mint. Pour into old-fashioned glasses. Makes a refreshing summertime punch.
1 ounce Irish whiskey
3/4 ounce Drambuie
1/4 ounce Triple Sec
1/2 ounce lemon juice
lemon twist for garnish
Pour the whiskey, Drambuie, Triple Sec, and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well then strain into a rocks glass filled with ice. Add a splash of ginger ale and garnish with a lemon twist. The whiskey in the recipe pairs well with the Drambuie.
